A really great stop off for a Starbucks fix if you happen to be in the area. We stayed overnight in the area after going to Out of Africa, and headed here in the morning. The staff was very warm and greeted us as soon as we walked in. The drinks were made as requested, and they seemed to be moving through the drive-thru traffic quickly and efficiently. The inside was clean and well-kept - while we sat and ate breakfast we watched them come out and clean up a table within minutes of it being vacated. Overall: A Great staff, drinks made as ordered and well-kept!

Wow! The Barista a short blond working the morning of December 18 2014. I wished I would have gotten your name because I thought of you later in the day. This is a clean location and very friendly staff. They do not put out a tip jar so your friendly service is legit. My barista was happy to be at work. She told me to enter to win the free starbucks for life and told me how two people had already won. It was refreshing and glad we mad the stop, clean bathrooms too!!!!

Probably the best thing about this Starbucks is its location which is right off of I-17 en route to Sedona and Flagstaff. In fact there are an assortment of fast food joints, gas stations, a motel and a Denny's Restaurant. I get pretty frustrated when I go here, which is usually during the weekend, because it can get very busy and backed up. I went there about a week ago and the drive through line was about 6 cars long. When I parked and went inside, it wasn't any better. I had to wait around 10 minutes for 4 beverages which is pretty long for a Starbucks. As for quality of service and food/drinks, it's pretty much the same as any other Starbucks. Nothing remarkable here except for the usual college aged kids running the show. Personally I do not regard Starbucks as providing excellent coffee based beverages. I've had much better at privately owned coffee houses, but then again, I enjoy an occasional McDonald's hamburger and fries and they're certainly not the best either. The best thing about any Starbucks is its reliability and general consistency. You can pretty much count on getting the beverage you want and expect at every location, again, not unlike McDonalds.

Usually really happy with Starbucks service however no utensils with oatmeal and no cinnamon in the cinnamon dolce latte today ~ we were on the road and unable to eat our oatmeal :( no time to stop to pick one up.

The service was quick enough. That's about all I can say for this Starbucks. The bathrooms were filthy and they looked like they had not been attended to in hours. This location is more of a drive-thru type place, though there are seats inside. The tables needed a good wipe down. If you must have Starbucks when on your road trip, you might be better off bringing your own Thermos. Stick to the drive-thru with this one.

Slowest Starbucks ever and the bathroom was something quite... scary. needs a bit of a better way to manage the crowds

I'm sure the locals don't think that this Starbucks is anything special, but it's actually a lifesaver. I-17 between Flagsaff and Phoenix is a whole lot of boring and without a caffeine injection, you're likely to end up in a ditch wrapped around a cactus. And that helps no one at all, least of all the aforementioned cactus. So as I was zipping along the highway (speed limit is 75 here!!), that beautiful green circular logo called out to me like a beacon. A short double latte later, and I'll have no problem staying awake to Flagstaff and the cacti can rest easy. Also, free wi-fi which is really great out here where there isn't a 4G signal on my magic phone.

I go here all. the. time. and I am always greeted with a cheery smile and quick service. LIke, seriously, these ladies are the nicest gals of any Starbuck's I have been to. So many people said this place was so slow? Well, for your information, this is NOT LA, NYC, or Phoenix for that matter, it's Camp Verde so GTF over it! LoL This location does get busy from dang Phoenicians heading up the hill when the Phoenix news says "Snow In Flagstaff!" (did I mention UGH?) so if it's a Friday then yes, you may have to wait a nano-second for your "non fat no foam room for cream chai soccer mom drink" you buy but take a deep breath, relax, and by the time you realize how slow our little town is, DING, your drink is done and you can be ON YOUR WAY out =)

Stopped here to fuel up on caffeine on the way to Sedona. Clean bathrooms. The service was quite slow but it gave us plenty of time for everyone to prepare for the next lengthy car ride.

Perfect location for a quick meet up with an old friend who now lives in AZ. In a small town you don't expect much but I was actually surprised at how clean this place was. The staff was super friendly and happy. If I'm ever in this area again, I'll definitely stop here again!

One of the best Starbucks in the Verde Valley area! The customer service is great, very friendly and patient staff with good customization skills. The indoor atmosphere is roomy and cozy, and the drinks taste awesome.

Great place to fuel up on your way to Sedona or Flagstaff. Bonus, it's also right next to the world's largest Kokopelli! Go out and take a photo!

Everytime I go to this Starbucks my drinks are never made right or they're really weak. There was one point I had to have my drink remade three times. They always fixed it but they need to listen better to the customer.

Clean and quiet, but maybe because it was close to closing time. They had a comfy seating in one corner where it was more intimate and private for our group of 5. This was nice to sit and relax at after our crazy random spur-of-the-moment trip to Sedona.

5 stars because it's a Starbucks out in the middle of nowhere. Plus they have a drive-thru. Cool staff and the place is decorated well.

Never before in my life has the little green Starbucks logo been such a welcome site. As I was cruising off the freeway I heard her siren cry. AND THEY HAVE A DRIVE THROUGH. They were super friendly, and my drink was ready quick! Since it's hotter than Hades here, they asked if I wanted my beverage iced... at 9 in the morning.
